Tea time, is my favorite time. About eight o'clock to noon is my relaxing time. Grabbing a book or my drawing journal, sitting down and disconnecting for a while feels wonderful. Especially when I have a yummy drink. I love coffee, tea, you name it- I love it. Sometimes all the caffeine is too much so I try to drink something that is healthier for my body. Here is my morning favorite. ♥

Literally, this is the easiest and most simple, yet extremely healthy and delicious tea. All that you need to complete this is hot water and a lemons worth of lemon juice. After you finish squeezing the lemon into the brewed water, just drop the lemons into the mixture for a cute look. ♥QUICK TIP: Add lavender petals for a slowly infused lavender/lemon drink (and as weird as it sounds, its healthy and very yummy). | Looks nasty, right? Trust me. You can't even taste the spinach and its super good for you! Just add spinach to a pan with just egg whites, cook until they look firm. ♥QUICK TIP: Add a pinch of pepper for more flavor. |
